Is your treatment safe for my kids and pets?

Yes. Our licensed, owner-trained technicians apply every product following its label directions. We recommend keeping kids and pets away from treated areas until they've dried, and your technician will let you know if anything specific applies to your home.

 

Do I need to be home for my service?

No, you don't! Around 80% of our clients are never home for their treatments. As long as you leave a gate unlocked so we can treat the full exterior, we'll be able to keep unwanted insects from coming inside.

 

What if I still see pests after a treatment?

Seeing some activity for a little while after your first treatment can be normal as pests come into contact with the product. If they're still bothering you between visits, text or call us and we'll come back out for a free re-service.

 

How long does a visit take?

Your first treatment should take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, and recurring treatments 20 to 30 minutes. That's typical for one technician on an average-sized home — sometimes we'll have multiple technicians on your home and it will go quicker, and extremely large homes will usually take longer than standard.

 

How often will you come out?

Choose bi-monthly (every 2 months) or monthly service. Bi-monthly is the right fit for most homes; monthly is best for heavy activity or homes near fields, creeks or new construction.

 

Do you treat mice and rats?

We do treat exterior mice and rats! Rodent protection is an add-on to any general pest plan — we place exterior bait stations in problem areas and refill them as often as needed. If you're having rodent issues inside your home or attic, please still reach out and we'd love to get you connected with an exclusion expert.

 

How do I pay?

Most customers keep a card on file for AutoPay. You can also pay for a full year up front.
