Every member of our office and tech team is hired individually by the owners. Each technician then spends their first 30 days on the job being trained personally by an owner, so every visit is done the Blue Penguin Way.
Employees
Turnover is the industry's biggest weakness — and it hurts customers. We pay every employee above the market average to attract the best people and keep them for the long term.
Your experience
At most companies, a typical general pest control visit lasts just 5–10 minutes. Because we don't over-schedule our technicians, your first treatment takes 30–60 minutes and recurring visits 20–30.
